Coaching is a structured 1hr session set out over 3 months, where the methodology promotes the client to gain greater insights into their behaviour, habits and lifestyle which encourages making positive steps towards solutions.
By creating support, and encouragement the client sets goals which are broken down to achievable steps. Once the goals have been set the coach holds the client accountable and stretches the client to reach their full potential.
During the series of sessions, blocks, issues, habits and dilemmas are worked through creating new ways to thinking which ensures positive outcomes.
Coaching is solution focused, working towards a continuance of moving forward, growth and development for the client.
